• As Lead Brand Designer, you’ll craft moments of delight for the Gemini brand. • Join a dynamic team of innovative visual designers. • Liaise with Marketing & Communications teams to create compelling content. • Focus on marketing and brand design while collaborating across product design.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role and or formal design training • Experience with brand design touchpoints: Digital and physical advertising, event design, social design, email and more • Experience designing for the web and mobile, and or familiar with web and mobile design standards and systems • Proficient in Figma, Adobe CC, Google Suite • Can take an undefined design problem, and solve from strategy to execution • Design fundamentalist knowing the rules, but knows how to bend and break them to create innovative solutions • Clear understanding of visual hierarchy, balance, rhythm, typography and color • Creative mindset and ability to adapt to change • Able to accomplish their given work quickly and thoughtfully • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and tasks at once • Has a collaborative work ethic and easy going nature
