Requirements

• Experience in building and successfully managing a recruiting team. • Proven track record of implementing recruiting process improvements. • Data-driven approach to recruiting. • Experience in building a transparent system for managing the effectiveness of the recruitment process. • Perfect understanding of the labor market and trends. • Experience in a product company is preferred. • Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.
