• Managing key accounts, fostering client satisfaction, and ensuring seamless coordination between interpreters and clients. • Navigating incoming requests, troubleshooting, and managing assignments or cancellations. • Building strong relationships with existing clients and understanding their needs. • Collaborating with clients to align services with their objectives. • Facilitating the scheduling and coordination of interpreters for all appointments. • Working closely with internal teams to ensure interpreters meet client expectations. • Ensuring account profitability and working with Vendor Recruitment team as needed. • Participating in team initiatives and sharing insights for collective expertise growth. • Proactively addressing client concerns and ensuring high level of customer service. • Staying updated on industry trends for business strategy contributions. • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Previous experience (3 years) in account management, preferably within the language services or interpretation industry. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions. • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts. • Flexibility to adapt to changing client requirements and industry trends. • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a Language related field is preferred. Bilingual/Multilingual is a plus!
