β’ Excellent knowledge of the M&E marketplace with a proven record in large scale construction projects. β’ Capability to handle technical dialogue at all levels and experience in presenting to groups. β’ Record of working with internal departments to identify new business leads. β’ Ability to quickly become a technical specialist in AVS Water Management systems. β’ Understanding of project stages and decision-making processes in construction. β’ Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager in construction or related sectors. β’ Knowledge of prefabricated drainage and water supply products and applications. β’ Ability to develop and execute business development strategies for sales growth. β’ Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a record of supporting sales teams. β’ Strong networking and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders. β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills with impactful delivery. β’ Proficient in CRM software for managing customer relationships.
