Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Advanced HR degree or certification preferred. • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience as an HR leader in multi-site / multi-state environment required. • Ability to operate as a people leader in a dynamic and fast-paced organization. • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions. • Warm and effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
