• Build and lead an EHR Training consulting practice for Pivot Point, with multiple services that anticipate evolving needs of Provider, Payer, and Life Sciences markets • Mature, sell and oversee delivery of services to foster integration of technology into all business areas to fundamentally change how a health system or payer operates • Develop practice, marketing, and business development plans to drive outcomes • Direct all practice management, service growth, productization, methodologies/assets, engagement management and project Q/A • Manage an early-stage consulting practice P&L and grow business capabilities and verticals
• Bachelor’s Degree required; graduate degree in related field preferred • 6-10 years of Epic user training and design experience • 3-5 years experience with health technology and consulting • Experience with Microsoft Office • Active Epic certification(s) in EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing or other pertinent experience
