• Key member of the team supporting eDiscovery applications • Comprehensive knowledge of Relativity, CloudNine LAW/Explore, NUIX, iPro, RevealAI, Brainspace • Responsible for obtaining and maintaining relevant training and certifications • Responsible for upgrade activities of eDiscovery applications

Requirements

• Administration of Windows Server 2012 and above • Ticket management, issue tracking, change log management • Scripting & Automation • Microsoft SQL Server • Microsoft IIS • Microsoft Clustering • Firewall Administration (SonicWALL preferred) • Advanced Networking • Virtualization administration (VMWare preferred) • Storage (SAN, NAS, DAS) • Cisco routing and switching; Force10 a plus • Dell Hardware and Software experience • Supporting and preserving the Citrix Virtual Desktop setup of clients • Able to work in a team and communicate effectively • Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and IT's relation to business strategy and goals • Embrace working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple projects/issues in high-pressure situations • Ability to travel to the data center in Elk Grove Village, IL • Ability to work second shift (2:00PM CST – 10:00 PM CST Monday through Friday)
