📋 Description

• Drive sales of custom engineering services and solutions. • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue. • Identify and engage with prospective clients. • Provide tailored engineering service solutions. • Conduct thorough market research and analysis. • Prepare and present detailed proposals. • Lead negotiations and successfully close deals. • Work closely with engineering and project management teams. • Achieve and exceed sales targets and monitor KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; technical background preferred. • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering services or technical solutions. • Strong understanding of custom applications and engineering processes. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to manage and grow a sales territory. • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
