β€’ The Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving company-wide revenue growth. β€’ This role involves managing regional sales leaders, setting revenue targets, and ensuring alignment of the sales function with company objectives. β€’ Work closely with cross-functional teams to maximise revenue potential and drive business growth.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role driving revenue strategy. β€’ Minimum of 5 years experience selling SaaS. β€’ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth or enterprise environment. β€’ Strong experience in managing large sales teams, preferably in multi-regional or global markets. β€’ Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and coach high-performing teams. β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. β€’ Strong understanding of sales technologies (CRM, sales enablement tools) and processes. β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
