Description
• Built is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our Platform Core Services team. • Platform engineers will build and improve critical shared services for the construction industry.
Requirements
• 7+ years of professional working experience with Python and modern Python packages, tooling, development, and testing • 5+ years of experience with building customer facing React applications, ideally leveraging TypeScript • Ability to understand abstract concepts and turn them into concrete deliverables • Interest in or some experience designing, building, and optimizing distributed systems • Experience designing efficient and secure APIs (Flask or Fast API experience) • Familiarity with multiple data persistence technologies • Familiarity with Docker and container based development and production environments • Experience with many AWS services and their use together to solve problems
