🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years experience as a software engineer. • Preferably at least 3 years of experience with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript and/or Flutter. • At least 3 years of experience building developer platforms and tool chains. • At least 2 years of experience with modern AI technologies. • Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style. • Track record of technical leadership, creating clarity from ambiguity.
