Our cutting-edge technology has transformed how landlords digitise their buildings and makes them exciting, productive, and vibrant places to work. • THE ROLE: Location: Remote within GA, IL, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA or TX | Occasional Travel Required. We are seeking a Director of Sales who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through cutting-edge products and solutions. This strategic leadership role will be key to driving our growth in North America by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers. As a hands-on leader, you will manage your own deals while guiding the North American sales team. • Reporting to the Global Sales Director in the UK, this is a remote role that allows you to work from Eastern or Central, North America. However, occasional travel and in-person meetings will be part of your role. We understand the importance of work-life balance and will support you in managing your professional and personal commitments. • Key responsibilities include: Leadership & Team Development, Pipeline & Revenue Growth, Customer & Partner Relationships, Cross-Department Collaboration, Sales Process & Strategy Optimization, Market Intelligence & Strategy, Reporting & Communication.

Requirements

• Proven Leadership: 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-growth, SaaS environment with a track record of exceeding targets. • Coaching & Mentorship: Demonstrated experience in building, mentoring, and leading sales teams to success. • Results-Driven: A resilient, goal-oriented mindset capable of driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles. • Customer-Centric: A commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs, aligning strategies with long-term value creation. • SaaS Expertise: A strong understanding of SaaS business models, key drivers, and metrics, as well as experience selling SaaS products, is essential. • Industry Experience (Bonus): Knowledge of commercial property, asset management, or leasing is a plus but not required. • Business Acumen: Ability to analyze financials, understand key business drivers, and make informed decisions. • Sales Mastery: Skilled in negotiation, deal-making, and closing contracts, with a strong sales methodology. • Effective Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences. • Adaptability: Able to juggle multiple tasks, think on your feet, and make informed decisions quickly. • Collaborative Influence: A credible and positive influencer who builds strong relationships internally and externally.
