Requirements

โ€ข Bachelor's degree in computer science (or similar) preferred โ€ข Strong technical skills (MySQL, PHP & JavaScript) โ€ข Strong verbal and written communication skills โ€ข Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise โ€ข Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers โ€ข Strong understanding of HTML/CSS โ€ข Familiarity with Zendesk โ€ข Experience working on e-commerce platforms. โ€ข Experience with quality assurance testing is a plus
