Description

• Provide technical support for Fastr’s three SaaS platforms • Perform quality assurance tasks by reviewing new releases for potential issues • Respond to customer inquiries and technical problems through phone, email and chat • Listen and understand customer needs and proactively support finding solutions • Participate in quality assurance testing by validating new product features • Identify software bugs and feature requests and coordinate with relevant team • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and customer solution portal

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science (or similar) preferred • Strong technical skills (MySQL, PHP & JavaScript) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS • Familiarity with Zendesk • Experience working on e-commerce platforms • Experience with quality assurance testing is a plus
