📋 Description
• Be the engine behind company performance, ensuring clarity and visibility across the organization. • Develop and implement funnel processes, metrics, and definitions for efficient revenue operations. • Ensure availability of accurate data to inform decisions and highlight key performance metrics. • Lead management and optimization in HubSpot for sales, marketing, and customer success processes. • Standardize and maintain clear processes for full organizational visibility on workflows. • Collaborate closely with teams to improve performance through visible data access. • Proactively monitor and refine processes for scalability and operational excellence. • Manage the territory/segmentation and optimize compensation management and reporting.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or information systems • 3-8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field • Expert in HubSpot with hands-on experience in workflows, data pipelines, and reporting • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights • Strategic mindset driven by results • Natural collaborator with excellent communication skills • Highly organized, self-motivated, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Experience with additional tools like Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI preferred • Excellent English communication skills, German a plus
