Description

Grid’s end-to-end verification solution shields institutions. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us grow the next generation of our product and expand our footprint in the industry. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager with a strong background in Fintech.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in the Fintech industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and launching Fintech products. Strong understanding of financial services, banking, payments, or related Fintech areas. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello). Passion for technology and innovation with a customer-first mindset.
