📋 Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within key industries and markets. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, including C-suite executives and senior management. • Conduct business meetings, presentations, and pitches to potential clients to understand their leadership hiring needs and tailor our solutions accordingly. • Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends, client requirements, and competitor offerings to inform the development of strategic initiatives. • Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance service offerings and ensure alignment with client needs. • Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth. • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales pipeline, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the hiring process, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership. • Engage in regular follow-ups with clients post-placement to assess success and identify further business opportunities. • Collaborate with leadership and recruitment teams to develop tailored hiring strategies for clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, ideally within executive search, leadership hiring, or recruitment. • Proven track record of generating new business, building client relationships, and closing high-value deals. • Strong understanding of leadership hiring processes, including executive search and talent acquisition strategies. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective talent solutions. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Salesforce experience is a plus).
