• This brand new role, the Director, Expansion Sales will report directly to our VP, Sales and will lead our team of Account Managers. • Our Account Managers are here to help our customers get the most out of our product & drive business results through customer expansion and retention. • This role will be integral to partnering closely with key stakeholders, help define our post-sales strategy, be the liaison between strategy & execution and build the supporting functional roadmap. • This pivotal position will also define & drive processes that encourage collaboration, accountability, and deliver initiatives that are measured towards defined outcomes. • This is a key leadership position on the post-sales team that will help Jobber continue to scale and drive our mission to help small business owners succeed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior/leadership-level customer success or sales role. • Ability to think strategically and build roadmaps that align execution to strategy. • Strong knowledge of implementing customer success & account management strategies and how to build processes around them. • Coaching and motivating leaders & individual contributors to deliver high performance. • Experience defining and building processes across a scaling organization. • Ability to build strong working relationships across the team. • Being extremely analytical. This role requires the ability to leverage and action insights from our dashboards and tech stack (Ie: Salesforce, VOIP, Tableau, etc) to make data driven decisions. • Ability to influence and motivate a large audience. • Highly adaptable (fast-paced environment). • Great problem-solving and organizational skills.
