Requirements

• Extensive years of experience in revenue operations or related go-to-market functions in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes. • Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot, with demonstrated experience implementing and managing CRM systems and revenue technology tools. • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, build high-performing departments, and drive accountability across multiple levels of the organization. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions, implement process improvements, and develop growth strategies. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders, present complex information clearly, and foster cross-departmental collaboration.
