Description

• Nurture, expand key relationships, and be accountable for your portfolio and associated revenue numbers. • Develop an expert knowledge of the Lavanda SaaS platform and effectively train clients on the PMS. • Track record of success in direct B2B sales, both new business and account management. • Identify weak points and opportunities, and set targets as well as processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure high performance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years customer success or operations experience managing enterprise and growth accounts in a quota carrying role. • Experience in real estate development or familiarity with project execution. • Proven work experience in a startup at growth stage (Seed - Series C) • Previous knowledge of Salesforce.com would be a plus. • Solid financial acumen; understands how the team’s goals support the organisation’s financial goals. • Good technical understanding and excellent presentation skills.
