Description

• Build a deep understanding of our customers' needs and have a thorough understanding of the technology framework and processes that are in place • Collaborate closely with our Client Success, RCM and Technology departments, to understand Client’s RPA needs and work with the Technology Team to develop and implement RPA. • Ensure smooth processing of RPA processes, including assisting with validating data and troubleshooting problems and unexpected results • Work with clients to obtain data and other information as needed; Manage expectations and return desired results to clients • Collaborate with team members; Actively partner with and help team members make progress with RPA processes • Provide training and support to client teams regarding new processes and tools. • Post stabilization period, ensure they are producing expected results after they are deployed into production • Perform detailed reviews of clients' current RCM performance and collaborate with RCM outsource resources as needed to ensure KPIs and SLAs are being met or exceeded • Provide oversight of Jorie RCM Outsourced manual & automated processes performed On and Offshore • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of RCM processes, workflows, and solutions for reference by internal teams. • Stay informed about the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare finance and RCM. • Establish and maintain strong, effective client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Healthcare RCM in a leadership role. • Thorough understanding of RCM operations and reporting requirements both Hospital and Professional Billing experience required • Experience overseeing or working with an Offshore Team is required • At least 2 years of experience with RPA experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred. • Experience interacting and presenting to C-level executives • In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and compliance standards. • Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and using RCM software. • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as required.
