• 5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, real estate, or partnership management • Bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) • Proven track record of managing partnerships with brokers, real estate agents, and/ or developers • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple partnerships simultaneously • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities • Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and comfortable with data analysis • Experience working with high-net-worth clientele and international markets • Ability to travel to San Jose del Cabo, MX as required
