Description

β€’ The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing long-term relationships with clients and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders β€’ Act as a liaison between the company and customers to ensure satisfaction and drive business growth β€’ Involves strategic planning, relationship management, and focus on achieving sales targets and customer retention β€’ Report directly to the VP of Revenue and work to achieve revenue goals to ensure sustainable growth β€’ Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field β€’ Proven work experience as a Strategic Account Manager or similar role β€’ Ability to manage multiple accounts and project simultaneously β€’ Proficiency in lead management and call management software β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team β€’ Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
