• 3-5 years of CSM relationship or account management experience in SaaS. • Proven track record of ability to upsell add-on products. • Analyze customer accounts, identifying churn signals and escalating at-risk accounts. • Customer-centric; create success plans and drive platform adoption. • Measure and monitor Customer Health metrics and KPIs. • Identify issues and coordinate with Canto teams to remediate them. • Proficient in leveraging internal tools like ChurnZero and Pendo. • Record of exceeding assigned targets and goals, including retention metrics. • Contribute feedback to elevate our product. • Deliver accurate Gross, Upsell, and Net forecasts and identify churn risks.
