β€’ Develop professional relationships with clients to enhance online presence. β€’ Maintain customer relationships, building value, retaining customers, and selling additional services. β€’ Communicate effectively about services and their value to dealers. β€’ Understand website and marketing products and services. β€’ Manage assigned accounts focusing on revenue growth and retention. β€’ Conduct monthly reporting calls and assess service quality. β€’ Facilitate smooth client onboarding with the Site Production Team. β€’ Handle customer inquiries and ensure resolution. β€’ Keep records of customer interactions and identify retention risk.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of Customer Service experience β€’ 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of success. β€’ 1+ year of Digital Marketing experience preferred. β€’ Experience working with a CRM preferred β€’ Excellent Time management and Organizational skills β€’ Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills β€’ Adaptable, Energetic, Team-Player Attitude β€’ Ability to type 45 wpm. β€’ Ability to multitask efficiently. β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with a working knowledge of Google Apps β€’ Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.
