• The Brand Partnerships Manager at The FADER acts as a point person in the development of relationships directly with our clients as well as their media agencies • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals • Strengthen existing account relationships while prospecting and developing new accounts • Monitor relevant market trends, client needs, expectations and opportunities, and continuously develop insights to uncover strategic opportunities • Understanding of how our content and media platforms work together to provide value to brand partners • Collaborate with internal teams throughout the entire sales process • Prepare weekly sales report
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, media or a related field • Candidates without a bachelor’s degree but with similar experience are also encouraged to apply • Minimum of 3 years media sales experience meeting and exceeding quotas • Existing client and agency relationships, specifically in entertainment and related categories • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and in person presenting • Independent, dynamic relationship builder and deadline driven • Keen interest in emerging music, style and culture • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Excel
