• Small Business Unit - Commercial Lines Account Manager • Manager and retain a book of business by providing excellent customer service • Manage day to day servicing to our clients, including issuing certificates, auto id cards, processing endorsement requests, policy checking, renewal pricing, billing issues, invoicing, and contract reviews • Address any deficiencies and anticipate client needs with a quick turnaround time • Confidently and accurately answer client situation questions with respect to insurance coverage • Continuous, clear, and professional verbal and written communication with clients and carriers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Active P&C License • 3-5+ years of P&C experience • Preferably with workers compensation, general liability, auto liability, professional liability, umbrella, property, crime, management liability, cyber liability, and/or surplus lines • Experienced with Agency Management Systems, preferably Applied EPIC • Highly comfortable with using various types of computer technology in a face-paced environment
