Description

• Manage and grow GitKraken’s largest enterprise customers • Create expansion opportunities for GitKraken within developer-centric organizations • Educate enterprise clients on how GitKraken’s products can transform their business • Build and expand relationships and awareness of GitKraken within disparate teams at select existing customers • Increase adoption of GitKraken’s features and products through the implementation of an outreach strategy leveraging champions within a customer • Advocate for customer needs for training and specific adoption & expansion inhibitors • Engage with internal stakeholders across Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success/Support, and Finance to ensure customer questions are addressed promptly

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management roles with a proven track record of success • Experience selling to developer audiences, with strong knowledge on how they work and their technology stack • Familiarity with dev tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Microsoft’s Azure DevOps or Visual Studio, Docker, Jenkins, etc. • Demonstrated experience developing and executing growth strategies within existing customers • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills • Experience with Dev and DevOps technologies • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box to find creative solutions
