πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ The Customer Service Training Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of our customer service team. β€’ This role will involve identifying training needs, creating engaging training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. β€’ Identify training needs through regular assessments and feedback from customer service representatives and supervisors. β€’ Develop a comprehensive training plan to address identified needs. β€’ Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises. β€’ Create and maintain a library of training resources. β€’ Utilize a variety of training methods, such as online courses and coaching. β€’ Conduct training sessions in a dynamic and interactive manner. β€’ Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees. β€’ Keeping up-to-date with new training methods and techniques, and incorporate them into training programs. β€’ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and performance metrics. β€’ Use feedback to improve future training initiatives. β€’ Monitor customer service performance and identify areas for improvement. β€’ Implement quality assurance measures to ensure consistent service delivery. β€’ Work closely with customer service management to align training initiatives with business goals. β€’ Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding. β€’ Developing and implementing training programs that focus on customer service skills, product knowledge, and company policies.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field. β€’ 6+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a customer service environment. β€’ Experience with systems such as RYZE Tools, Google Services, Asana. β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. β€’ Experience with learning management systems and other training tools. β€’ Proficiency in training delivery methods, including classroom and online training.
