β’ Optiwatt is on a mission to decarbonize the energy and transportation industries. β’ They are seeking a sales leader to sell Optiwatt's solution to utilities directly reducing CO2 emissions and making the electric grid more flexible and sustainable. β’ The role involves developing a robust pipeline of new business/customers, applying a consultative sales approach, and collaborating with various teams to exceed customer expectations.
β’ 2-5 years direct experience selling SaaS, services and/or enterprise software. β’ Successful track record of exceeding sales quotas and new business targets. β’ Track record of success in sales for start-ups or new product lines. β’ Ability to identify, reach and influence key decision-makers and stakeholders. β’ Experience working closely with senior executives to develop sales strategies and tactics. β’ 25%+ travel and/or customer face time. β’ Experience in the utility industry is a distinct plus. β’ Ability to learn the nuances of different utility market segments.
