• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) • Create engaging and high-quality social media content, including text, images, videos, GIFs, and memes. • Schedule and publish content according to a strategic calendar, analyze performance metrics, and identify trends to optimize future content for maximum engagement and reach. • Assist with the development and execution of social media campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and achieve marketing objectives. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify trending topics and hashtags to leverage for increased reach and engagement. • Conduct research to identify potential Oze entrepreneur stories and collaborate on case study development. • Assist with managing the community of Oze entrepreneurs, ambassadors, affiliates, and social media influencers • Assist with video content creation and editing • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media marketing trends and best practices • Perform other assigned tasks to support the overall marketing goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter) • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events) • Proven ability to create engaging and high-quality social media content across various formats • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling captions • Data-driven approach with an eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement • Familiarity with basic graphic & video editing software • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends
