β’ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) β’ Create engaging and high-quality social media content, including text, images, videos, GIFs, and memes. β’ Schedule and publish content according to a strategic calendar, analyze performance metrics, and identify trends to optimize future content for maximum engagement and reach. β’ Assist with the development and execution of social media campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and achieve marketing objectives. β’ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify trending topics and hashtags to leverage for increased reach and engagement. β’ Conduct research to identify potential Oze entrepreneur stories and collaborate on case study development. β’ Assist with managing the community of Oze entrepreneurs, ambassadors, affiliates, and social media influencers β’ Assist with video content creation and editing β’ Stay up-to-date on the latest social media marketing trends and best practices β’ Perform other assigned tasks to support the overall marketing goals.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) β’ Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter) β’ Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events) β’ Proven ability to create engaging and high-quality social media content across various formats β’ Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling captions β’ Data-driven approach with an eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement β’ Familiarity with basic graphic & video editing software β’ Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach β’ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team β’ A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends
