• Support Sr. Paid Social Media Buyers in scaling and optimizing ad accounts • Help with creative strategy, campaign creation and testing, and report creation • Achieving 80%+ of Client Paid Social North Star Goals for 6 Clients on a Quarterly basis • Weekly A/B testing of creatives, audiences, angles, ad copy, etc. • Provide creative insights and analytics to Creative Team for new ad creative

Requirements

• Understanding customer behaviors • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines • A strategic and analytical thinker who follows through to execution with unyielding attention to details • Data-driven and results-oriented • Positive “can-do” attitude to get things done • Superb communication, presentation, and authentic storytelling skills • Strong understanding of the DTC marketplace • Strong listening skills to understand clients' visible and invisible needs • Experience in multiple FB Ad Accounts • Less than 2 years of e-comm marketing experience
