• Are you a high-energy, goal-oriented salesperson who thrives on closing deals—whether through outbound prospecting or inbound leads? • If building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and sealing win-win deals gets you fired up, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. • We’re expanding our Sales EMEA & US team and on the hunt for a Business Development Executive who’s ready to take ownership of the sales process. • In this role, you’ll be identifying potential clients, running impactful discovery calls, and converting opportunities into customers. • You’ll work with a powerful stack of tools, including HubSpot CRM, Sales Navigator, Slack, Jira, and a MacBook, ensuring you’re set up for success from day one. • At GetResponse, we blend innovation, collaboration, and a supportive culture to help you grow. • If you bring a hunter’s mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology—we’d love to talk. • Key responsibilities: actively building the GetResponse sales pipeline by identifying potential clients, generating SQOs (Sales Qualified Opportunities) through LinkedIn, industry websites, cold calling, cold emailing, etc., organizing discovery calls and qualifying leads based on various criteria, negotiating terms and concluding commercial contracts, daily work with the CRM system to keep information up-to-date and optimize sales funnels, regular reporting of current tasks and their statuses, upskilling and learning about best practices in email marketing and marketing automation, one week each month operations need be handled on a late shift to help us cover global lead flow and connect with prospects in different time zones.
• are based in Poland • have an excellent English language skills • have a strong command of the Polish language (would be greatly beneficial) • have at least 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience; preferably 1 year’s experience in selling SaaS applications • are effective in negotiating and finalizing agreements • are independent and have exceptional project management abilities • have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in writing and speaking
