📋 Description

• The Enterprise Account Executive at Substance is a pivotal role responsible for driving new business and managing relationships with our largest clients. • You will leverage your expertise in enterprise sales to develop strong business relationships and create tailored, strategic solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs. • This position involves a blend of networking, prospecting, and account management skills, and you’ll work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets. • Prospect and develop new enterprise-level clients through strategic networking and targeted outreach. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations. • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client goals and challenges, crafting tailored solutions that align with their needs. • Present and demonstrate Substance's offerings at high-level meetings, emphasizing value proposition and ROI. • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring all agreements comply with company policies. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and support, to ensure effective service delivery to clients. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, update client information, and report on performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. • Demonstrated success in managing and closing complex sales cycles and exceeding sales targets. • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to engage C-level executives. • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to develop solutions tailored to client needs. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information simply. • Proficiency in using CRM systems for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. • Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of functioning well independently and as part of a dynamic team. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
