🎯 Requirements

• Researching and identifying sales prospects • Cold-calling prospects on the phone • Cold outreach emails to prospects • Managing a sales pipeline • Following sales cadences for inbound and outbound leads • Warm email outreach • Creating sales presentation materials • Holding sales calls with prospects via Zoom • Managing contracts • Assisting with onboarding and handing off signed clients to the account management team • Consistent availability & looking for a long-term position • Strong record of successful sales • Dedication to closing the deal • Highly responsive with a strong sense of urgency • Able to work independently with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written & verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly and think on your feet • Can work through obstacles and challenges • Highly organized with strong time management skills • Result-driven and goal-oriented

• The necessary equipment (ex. company computer) will be provided. • Hourly compensation is in $USD • We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills • Besides the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own • Target 42.5 billable hours per week • Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings • 20 days accrued annually for paid vacation • These paid days off equate to 8.0 hours of billable time. • 5 sick days off annually • 15 days accrued annually for paid life leave. • You have 7 paid US holidays. • Bereavement Policy • Employee Giving Programs (Matching Gift Program, Volunteer Grant Program, etc)
