📋 Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Product Manager to join our team. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management of our BESS solutions, from concept to market launch and beyond. • This role requires a deep understanding of energy storage technologies, market trends, and customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field, from an accredited university or college. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in the battery energy storage or renewable energy sector. • Strong technical understanding of battery technologies, energy storage systems, and market dynamics. • Proven track record of successfully managing complex product development projects. • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Graduate level degree in Engineering, or a related field, from an accredited university or college. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. • Established project management skills.
