📋 Description

• Help develop sales in the Marine, Offshore and Oil & Gas sectors within Service business. • Focus on following up on leads, finding new opportunities and increasing order intake. • Take ownership from enquiry to order receipt and support bid process ensuring customer satisfaction. • Selling GE Vernova services, maintenance and equipment upgrades to customers globally. • Supporting the internal sales process and acting as an advisor to other regional GE Vernova businesses. • Generating a pipeline of opportunities and capable of negotiating and closing deals. • Winning business in accordance with Business Orders, Margin & Convertibility targets. • Proactively managing opportunities through Salesforce. • Initiating contacts, visits and developing relationships at relevant levels with customer accounts. • Helping develop job specific differentiators to create competitive offerings, in conjunction with wider support team. • Planning and organising sales approach to assure effective development of sales opportunities to meet sales targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in developing business and relationships within a Sales environment in markets such as Offshore Oil & Gas, Marine. • Proven track record in previously capturing and interpreting customer requirements on a regular basis. • Valid driver’s license. • Experience in target account sales and working to given quotas. • Flexibility and eligibility to travel domestically within the UK and overseas on a few weeks’ notice for periods of a few days up to a week. • Adaptability and an enthusiastic approach – a team player and effective communicator. • Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing.
