📋 Description

• Be part of GE Vernova's vision to electrify the world and drive a sustainable energy future. • Own and manage the strategy for building go-to-market relationships with influential partners and alliances. • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy for engaging with alliance partners. • Drive go-to-market strategies with partners and internal sales that drives new joint pipeline. • Cultivate strong relationships with executives from the alliances you manage. • Identify new partner opportunities, recruit into the GE Vernova Partner Program, onboard and enable new partners. • Work closely with GEV’s sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to align initiatives around GE Vernova’s product strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in partner management, sales, marketing, or business development focused on software alliances, particularly in the context of an industrial or utilities/energy setting. • Draw on your professional network within key alliances, including recent engagement with executives, practice areas, and business development teams. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. • Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-party sales motions with GSI and technology partners, including experience with go-to-market and marketplace strategies that drive measurable results across a broad geography. • Business level understanding of utilities, grid and AI/ML applications in industry settings, with a proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating compelling presentations, solution briefs, and customer stories that articulate clear value propositions.
