📋 Description
• Coordinate engineering/field service resources • Collaborate with Project Manager(s) and/or Service Managers for contract execution • Support daily site activities at customer site during planned or emergency outages • Provide planning services for equipment and engineering deliverable issues • Interface with various functions within GE and with customers to monitor service status • Track, compile, and report financial performance across services • Help solve customer issues and drive resolutions • Develop reports to maximize critical path visibility to the project team
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 6 years of experience (or a high school diploma / GED with 10 years of experience) • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Services, Sales & Customer Contract Management • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time • At least 2 years experience working with Motors and Drives in an Industrial setting
