📋 Description
• This role provides technical support and LMS management primarily for the Education Services team at GE Vernova Electrification SW. • This includes keeping track of attendance, certifications, and feedback. • Providing support and guidance to trainees throughout the training process ensures a smooth and positive learning experience, and access to materials and training environments. • Can also include other technical tasks such as technical support, software installation, software upgrades, and database management and migration for on-premise installed systems, virtual machine, and cloud-based software. • Leverage subject matter experts and product management to learn new technical software management and follow documentation for installation and upgrades.
🎯 Requirements
• This role requires experience in Learning Management Systems in the software industry. • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
