• Develop New Business • Identify new business opportunities and initiate communication with key decision makers • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients • Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth of all assigned accounts • Conduct reviews on accounts on a regular basis to evaluate clients' needs to match with appropriate products and/or services • Develop accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities • Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
🎯 Requirements
• 5 years sales experience • Experience in a technology field -- IP, data, or video • Great written and verbal communication skills • Excellent work ethic and self-motivator • Ability to succeed in a competitive sales market • Knowledge of Cisco, HPE-Aruba products, Extreme • Knowledge of educational procurement and SLED programs • Excellent verbal and written communication • Motivation for sales and meeting sales goals • Ability to establish partnerships/alliances • Prospecting & Closing skills • Great negotiation skills • Product knowledge & confidence in front of client • Client service mindset
