Key Account Manager (KAM) • The Key Account Manager (KAM) will manage a defined portfolio of distributor accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. • This role is responsible for crafting and executing growth strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maximizing sales opportunities. • The ideal candidate is skilled at building strong relationships, communication, analyzing market dynamics, and driving results through collaboration and strategic planning.
What You Will Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred • Proven experience (5+ years) in account management, sales, or business development, preferably with distributors or channel partners • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable results • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in interpreting sales data and market trends • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience with CRM tools, Power BI, Microsoft suite of products, and sales forecasting systems • Willingness to travel as required to build and maintain relationships with distributors, estimated at 70%
Compensation • The base salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 USD annually • The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this role. ASC Engineered Solutions’ philosophy on compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors.
