Description

• Support and be accountable for strategic development, implementation, and oversight of the Leadership Curriculum • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Business Conduct • Emphasis on supporting aspiring Leader Development Programs and advanced skill development • Assess needs through GAP Analysis • Maintain alignment with the Commercial group’s strategic training plan

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and Eight Years’ Experience OR Masters' Degree and Six Years’ Experience OR Ph.D. • 2 years of successful Management in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry • 2 years of experience in commercial training or health education experience; training leadership and project management leadership experience • In-depth knowledge and experience in specialty therapeutics market is ideal
