📋 Description

• Job located in US Medical Affairs for a Senior Director in the PAQ team. • Responsible for leading the development and execution of strategy for Integrated Delivery Networks. • Develop medical key account management strategies. • Establish a clear vision and focus for the team. • Oversees all aspects of people management and development. • Ensures timely and accurate communication of scientific evidence. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree (MD, DO, PhD or PharmD strongly preferred). • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related healthcare field required. • Extensive experience managing large accounts (minimum of 5 years). • Preferably in the Oncology and Virology space (particularly HIV). • Three or more years of previous management/supervisory experience preferred. • Demonstrated leadership skills (proactive, strategic). • Therapeutic Area knowledge and experience in Oncology and HIV required. • Extensive knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystems and payer landscape. • Ability to liaise and coordinate activity between the field team and Strategy Leads. • Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to successfully lead ideation and development.
