📋 Description

• Virta Health is on a mission to transform type 2 diabetes and weight-loss care. Current treatment approaches aren’t working—over half of US adults have either type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, and obesity rates are at an all-time high. Virta is changing this by helping people reverse their metabolic condition through innovations in technology, personalized nutrition, and virtual care delivery reinvented from the ground up. • The Sr. Director, Consultant Relations and Partnerships will play a critical role in Virta’s continued growth by ensuring the market understands our unique offerings and differentiated outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience – Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in healthcare benefits, preferably with experience as a benefits consultant and/or leading Consultant Relations at a digital health company selling to self-insured employers. Established relationships with employer benefit consultants and contracting experience are highly valued. • Strong team leadership – Able to create clarity around objectives, instill a sense of urgency, and effectively coach team members while fostering a high-trust, high-performance culture. • Exceptional storytelling and listening skills – As a key representative of Virta, the Sr. Director, Consultant Relations and Partnerships must be a compelling presenter, adept at tailoring narratives to diverse consultant and partner audiences while addressing strategic and technical questions with confidence. • Data-driven decision-making – Skilled at identifying critical success metrics and making informed decisions about the team’s time and Virta’s investments to maximize impact.
