📋 Description
• The Senior Director, Patient Navigation will play a crucial role in leading ZERO Prostate Cancer's innovative patient navigation program aimed at improving outcomes and reducing disparities in prostate cancer care. • This position will oversee the implementation and management of four distinct patient navigation pilot models, ensuring their success and impact across various healthcare settings and communities.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Registered Nursing, or related field • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in patient navigation, oncology care, or related healthcare field • Proven track record of developing and managing successful healthcare programs • Strong understanding of prostate cancer care, treatment options, and related challenges • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities • Experience working with diverse communities and addressing health disparities • Proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance requirements
