📋 Description
• Lead multiple SBP programs providing housing solutions to communities impacted by natural disasters. • Develop and implement comprehensive program strategies • Ensure compliance with grant requirements, contracts, and regulatory obligations • Represent the organization at conferences and meetings • Lead, mentor, and support program managers, directors, and staff.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in program management within the nonprofit sector, including progressive leadership roles. • 5 – 7 years of experience managing team members across a variety of programs • Ability to travel 6-12 times per year • Experience managing budgets, grants, and compliance requirements • Fluency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google tools • Clear communication skills and a strong sense of maturity, positivity, and professionalism • Able to satisfactorily pass a Criminal History Check to include sex offender registry, State Police, and FBI
