• Seeking a skilled CRM Manager with expertise in HubSpot to optimize customer relationship strategies, enhance client retention, and drive data-driven decision-making. • Manage CRM systems for diverse clients while maintaining seamless operations through reliable infrastructure. • Key Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and maintain HubSpot CRM to align with client needs. • Develop automated workflows, segmentation, and reporting dashboards. • Oversee CRM systems for multiple clients, ensuring tailored solutions for customer acquisition and retention. • Analyze client-specific data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements. • Partner with sales, marketing, and client success teams to unify CRM processes. • Train internal and client teams on HubSpot best practices. • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the team and clients as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (certification preferred). • Proven track record of managing CRM systems for external clients. • Based in Metro Manila with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet/power supply. • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and drive retention strategies. • Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions. • Nice-to-Have: Experience with additional CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). • Experience working with a web agency. • Background in SaaS or B2B environments.
