As a HubSpot Administrator, you will be responsible for the setup, management, and maintenance of our HubSpot system. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our HubSpot implementation aligns with our organizational needs and supports our marketing and sales efforts. β€’ Responsibilities: β€’ Collaborate with Client Solitions, Client Experience, and Marketing to identify system requirements and configure HubSpot accordingly. β€’ Implement and configure HubSpot to support our marketing, sales, and customer service objectives. β€’ Customize HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and lead nurturing processes to drive efficient and effective lead management. β€’ Manage and maintain HubSpot user accounts, permissions, and access levels. β€’ Stay up to date with new HubSpot features and updates, and assess their potential impact on our organization. β€’ Train and educate team members on how to effectively use HubSpot, including best practices and functionality. β€’ Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for HubSpot administration. β€’ Monitor data integrity within HubSpot and implement strategies to maintain accurate and clean data. β€’ Continuously analyze and optimize HubSpot processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges related to HubSpot usage and functionality.

β€’ The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of HubSpot's capabilities, best practices, and is proficient in utilizing the platform to optimize marketing automation, lead nurturing, and sales processes. β€’ YOU ARE... β€’ Open to working in a hybrid (remote and in-office) environment β€’ Open to traveling when needed β€’ Great at in-person and virtual conversations β€’ Self-driven, analytical, and a problem solver β€’ Able to multitask, prioritize, and project manage various projects and tasks β€’ Positive, proactive, and self-motivated β€’ Wanting to help build the sales support function at Boldr β€’ YOU HAVE... β€’ 2+ years of relevant experience in HubSpot administration or a similar CRM. β€’ In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's features, functionality, and best practices. β€’ Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead nurturing, and sales processes. β€’ Proficiency in configuring and customizing HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and automation. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. β€’ Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate data and produce quality reports. β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. β€’ HubSpot certifications (HubSpot Certified Administrator, HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, etc.) are a plus. β€’ The aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, processes, and applications. β€’ Ability to accept feedback gracefully and always looking to improve professionally β€’ A customer-focused mentality and ability to adapt/respond to clients with diverse backgrounds.
