Your ability to understand the full lifecycle of a lead and to hold team members accountable within our system will be key to your success in this role.
β’ Previous experience with CRM systems, preferably Acculynx, is highly desirable. Experience within the Home Services industry is a plus. β’ Proficiency in database management, data entry, and reporting. Strong knowledge of CRM functionalities and best practices. β’ Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy. β’ Ability to see the big picture and understand the entire lead lifecycle within the CRM system. β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and provide clear guidance. β’ Adept at identifying problems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to optimize CRM usage.
