📋 Description
• Only those with 2+ years of CRM Experience will get an interview. Once you apply you will be sent a video interview link. You will only get an in-person interview if you complete the video interview task first • Experience in the Home Services Industry is highly preferred • As a CRM Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting our sales and production teams. Your ability to understand the full lifecycle of a lead and to hold team members accountable within our system will be key to your success in this role.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience with CRM systems, preferably Acculynx, is highly desirable. Experience within the Home Services industry is a plus. • Proficiency in database management, data entry, and reporting. Strong knowledge of CRM functionalities and best practices. • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy. • Ability to see the big picture and understand the entire lead lifecycle within the CRM system. • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and provide clear guidance. • Adept at identifying problems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to optimize CRM usage.
