Description

• The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will provide strategic, outbound and proactive sales for 6 multi-branded hotels • This position is home-based and reports to a Director of Sales • Ability to travel for occasional in-market visits to elevate and strengthen client relationships • Deliver bi-weekly sales strategy presentations over MS Teams with each of your designated hotels

Requirements

• 3 or more consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel • 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role is preferred • Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with hotel clients and team members • General hotel operations knowledge • Proven experience using a CRM system to manage your sales pipeline • Strong ability to use all Microsoft Office applications • Must be fluent in French to interact with French-speaking clients • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organization, time management, and adaptability skills
